Lt. Col. Aniela Szymanski, Esq. serves as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel for LCE Healthcare, bringing a distinguished record of service as a United States Marine (Active) and an accomplished attorney specializing in healthcare leadership, legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and investigative affairs.

With a background spanning both military command and complex civilian legal practice, Lt. Col. Szymanski provides comprehensive oversight of corporate governance, federal contracting, and healthcare regulatory matters, ensuring LCE Healthcare operates with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Her leadership bridges the gap between government policy and private-sector innovation, safeguarding compliance across HIPAA, VA, and federal acquisition frameworks.

Throughout her career, Lt. Col. Szymanski has advised on multimillion-dollar healthcare and defense contracts, handled interagency investigations, and contributed to policy initiatives that strengthen veteran healthcare access and procurement equity. Chief Medical Officer

 Dr. Maxine Ingham, a former U.S. Army Major, brings over two decades of distinguished service and medical leadership to her role as Chief Medical Officer at LCE Healthcare. With a strong foundation in military medicine and clinical administration, Dr. Ingham oversees all aspects of clinical strategy, quality assurance, and patient care standards across LCE Healthcare’s national telehealth and community-based health initiatives.

Her expertise spans veteran healthcare delivery, clinical operations, behavioral health integration, and preventive medicine, with a particular emphasis on expanding access to care for underserved populations and service-disabled veterans. Dr. Ingham has served in leadership positions that bridged public and private healthcare sectors, where she was instrumental in developing systems that improved efficiency, compliance, and clinical outcomes.

Dr. John Ching serves as the Executive Director of LCE Healthcare, where he provides visionary leadership in the development and integration of advanced healthcare technologies, medical products, and telehealth services. With over two decades of experience bridging clinical excellence and operational innovation, Dr. Ching is recognized for his ability to transform healthcare delivery models through technology-driven and patient-centered solutions.

 Dr. Faye R. Davis brings a distinguished career in defense contracting, federal acquisition management, and strategic program development to her role as Senior Executive Advisor at LCE Healthcare. A former Director of Contracting for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Dr. Davis has over three decades of experience leading large-scale procurement and acquisition operations for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Throughout her tenure at DLA, Dr. Davis oversaw multi-billion-dollar defense and healthcare procurement programs, ensuring strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR). Her leadership was instrumental in modernizing acquisition strategies, improving transparency in government contracting, and implementing efficient procurement policies that strengthened national readiness and healthcare supply chain integrity.

At LCE Healthcare, Dr. Davis provides high-level guidance on compliance, strategic growth, and program expansion across federal and healthcare sectors. Director of Functional Medicine

Dr. Sunni Ching serves as the Director of Functional Medicine at LCE Healthcare, where she leads the organization’s comprehensive approach to integrative, preventive, and restorative health. A licensed acupuncturist, functional medicine specialist, and wellness educator, Dr. Ching bridges the gap between traditional Eastern medicine and modern evidence-based healthcare. Her unique cross-disciplinary expertise allows her to design treatment protocols that address not just symptoms, but the underlying biological and environmental causes of disease.

At LCE Healthcare, Dr. Ching oversees the development of personalized functional medicine programs that integrate clinical nutrition, hormonal and metabolic balance, detoxification, stress reduction, and mind-body therapies. Director of Communications

Nunez, oversees all aspects of media relations, public outreach, and strategic communications for LCE Healthcare. This leadership position plays a vital role in shaping and amplifying the organization’s public image across healthcare, veteran advocacy, and community initiatives.

The Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and promote LCE Healthcare’s mission of providing accessible, veteran-led healthcare nationwide.

 Director of Credentialing  

Venice Flores oversees all provider credentialing and compliance operations for LCE Healthcare, ensuring that every medical professional within the network meets state, federal, and institutional standards. With extensive experience in healthcare administration and regulatory processes, she manages provider onboarding, licensing, and verification to maintain LCE Healthcare’s commitment to excellence, integrity, and patient safety.

Director of Business Development

McGee is responsible for leading the strategic implementation and growth of three PREMED Plans, guiding their national rollout to expand LCE Healthcare’s reach and improve access to quality care across the country.

This role focuses on building partnerships with healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations, ensuring that each PREMED plan delivers measurable outcomes in preventive care, chronic disease management, and telehealth accessibility.

In addition to driving operational expansion, the Director serves as a key ambassador for healthcare leadership and veteran advocacy, working to align LCE Healthcare’s mission with national priorities that support service members, their families, and underserved communities.
 

Through this leadership, the McGee ensures that LCE Healthcare continues to advance innovation, accessibility, and compassion in every community it serves.

Director of Marketing 

Catherine Ingham leads the strategic marketing and communications initiatives for LCE Healthcare, overseeing brand development, digital outreach, and patient engagement campaigns nationwide. With a strong background in healthcare marketing and community relations, she focuses on enhancing visibility for LCE’s telehealth, primary care, and veteran healthcare services.
